I need to change to the contertible car seats for my 12 month twins. I need to purchase 2 for my car, 2 for my husbands car & 2 for my mothers car. I do not want to take seats in & out of cars on a daily basis. I was looking at the Graco Comfortsport. Anyone have ideas on keeping cost down but keeping safety?

I know many people who refer to the ComfortSport as "CrappySport." It's really not a terribly good seat. For the money, I'd look to something like the Evenflo Triumph Advance or TrueFit. If you've got one where you really aren't going to use it often (and thus really don't want to spend much), a Cosco Scenera might be a good choice. I believe all of those rear face to 35 lbs, which is a very good thing since it's safest to RF kids until they reach the seat's RF limit.

This site also has Britax Marathons on sale for 199.99 (which is a super price).

Quoting Mary:

Look on the web site albeebaby...they have name brand seats at reduced prices...I am about to order one for my own 14 month old son. I hope you find what you are looking for!

Mary,  Target had the same carseat that I was looking for $10.00 less.  The web site did not look like a good deal to me.
