Convertible Car Seat Recommendations?

we have a britax marathon that I love! I am actually in love with all the britax carseats, we have the booster for our six year old which has an adujastable back and deep wings on the headrest that actually prevent that head drooping while sleeping in the car. This britax carseat is $169.00 on amazon, hope this helps....

I know they are pretty expensive to buy but we LOVE our Britax Marathon convertable carseat. They are normally like $250 and above, but you can find them on ebay and other places online for a lot less sometimes. It is SOOOO easy to switch from car to car thanks to the super easy latch system (way easier than our graco seat was!).

Costco makes a great 3-in-1 car seat! For under $150, we got it on sale for $119. And Costco is made by Eddie Bauer, which is super expensive. But it's the same seat just under a different name. We love ours!

Eddie Bauer makes an awesome one thats rear to front facing form 0lbs - 100lbs. We paid $150 online but I've seen it go for $250 you would just have to look around. The straps take a little work to adjust but it is really easy. Comes with head rests & Supports as well. Good Luck!!

I bought one that goes up to 100 lbs and is cost 170-200 at baby r us or in stores but i got it from e bay for 100 new. Just kept checking on there and got lucky. here is a link to one on e bay just to show you the one that I have. I love it. I switch it from one car to the other and it is not hard at all to do. really easy actually. It is very nice and good quality. It comes with different cushions and head pillow. i have a safety first one i goes front and back and it was a lil under 200 from target ... hope that helps out my son loved it it goes all the way up to when they get out of the car seat also

we have the one from walmart for 180 with taxes. it goes from 5-100 lbs and comes with dual side walls to help protect the baby and comes with the head support and reclines our son is five months old and loves it . www.walmart.com and look under carseats

I'm a Child Passenger Safety Technician so I've seen lots of seats! I really like Evenflo's Triumph because the straps are very easy to tighten and adjust, but it's really heavy so it's not convenient if you take it in and out of the car a lot. I also like the Cosco (Dorel) model.

Graco would be my recommendation for all car seats. We bought ours several years ago, so you will have to do some research to see which one has the best safety ratings and easy to install. The one we bought is no longer being made, they have newer models out now. But we only spent about $120 (I think for ours). I've always found that Graco car seats are easy to install and easy to clean. We've never had a problem with any of them. I hope this helps. Have a great day and God bless.

we used the cosco one that they sell at wall-mart. it was about $45. when the kids where really little i had to roll up recieving blankets to help them from slipping off to the sides but it worked just fine. everyone thought we where crazy because we didn't have one of those carrier seats. but i used the didymos carrier/sling it was easier then lugging around a carrier seat.
