My 11 months old son is growing out of his infant car seat and it's probably time to switch to a convertible car seat. I have seen and heard about the Britax brand. I'd just like your opinion (pros and cons) - Britax vs. other brands. As well, if you can suggest any other types of car seats (why are they good/great). Thanks so much!

I have an Eddie Bauer car seat that my son has been using since he was 10 months old. It grows with him he is now 6. It comes with the 3 point secure fasteners, and it has NOT been recalled.. It is durable and washable, and it has a high rating when I purchased it. I love it...
