We live in an old, dry house with radiant heat. For the past week, my daughter has woken up with a super stuffy, dry nose that I treat with saline drops. I'd like to get her a humidifier to help prevent her from getting so plugged up but I'm unsure whether to get a warm mist or cool mist humidifier. I know it helps her during the day when I have water boiling on the stove but I've heard that warm mist models can harbor bacteria. What do you recommend?
