Hey Anne,

Ural masks the acid in your urine so it doesn't sting when going to the toilet. After having bubs if you have stitches or even small tearing that does not require stitches they recommend drinking it to reduce discomfort. They also recommend it for UTI's, if you suffer sever stinging when going to the toilet after sex etc etc.

i used to get UTI's every 2 weeks for years and was on an anti biotic a day for prevention so that is why i asked just incase :)

sorry Anne its used to help the symptoms of a UTI, it eases them a bit before your able to get anti biotics. its sachets mixed with water and turns into a fizzy drink.

not sure what ural is but loud music should be fine as long as the speakers aint in ur ear..but dont go to the grand prix..

ohh really Annie thats not good i agree that a glass of wine is ok in moderation although some people would attack me for saying that as they did earlier. sorry you dont get chance to have another one. I am really hoping i get pregnant within the next 6 months.

Hey Melissa,

I cannot remember what trimester it is, I think iti s the third - when hearing and sight is developed properly in the baby. Loud music (as long as you are not standing on top of the speaking so to speak) is fine. Ural is fine. Many medications are okay, just like a glass of wine - a little to fix the problem but not to much (never double dose like you would if you weren't pregnant when you take the first dose).

Good luck with getting pregnant with number 2. I want another one, but have been warned off it by the doctor.

I took Ural during my pregnancy very early & this is quite ok as I checked it out. I also went to a concert & I know my girl LOVES all kinds of music & dancing now. I think they are pretty well protected in there from any damage from the loud noise.

Ural is fine during pregnancy :) only thing it says on the box is not for children under 12...doesnt say anything about pregnancy and considering my doc gave it to me I should hope it wont harm bubs..

Concerts are fine...I went to 4 or 5 while I was pregnant with Hannah.

My Dr just told me that you can take ural. Not sure about the music but I can kind of remember being told that if you feel vibrations from the music you shouldn't be around it from about 5 months into your pregnancy

ok awesome thats reassuring! nah i was just checking cause im trying for baby number #2 and the Pink concert is next month lol. and i always used to have the music low in the car while I was pregnant.

I do not know what ural is . however I remember with my first daughter I went to a concert and she did not move at all during the concert however during the intermission she kicked like a wild child.

the midwife told me it was fine to take ural, otherwise drink cranberry juice, Loud music never hurt my two when i was pregnant, they seem to have a good appreciation for it now

I had a friend who went to concerts and parties all the time when she was pregnant. When her daughter was born she loved all types of music, and if it was loud it didn't bother or scare her.
