Yeah, you woul get more if you were pregnant, because of the extra Progesterone, hormone that thickens your womb lining for implantation and sustaining a pregnancy. It makes more fluids as a result, if you think you are pregnant it might be a more creamy yellowy or clowdy colour to it when you're pregnant.

thanks for all your help! ill def keep an eye on things! and wait to take a test. today at work a girl i work with who is 6 months pregnant said she was going to ask if i was already pregnant, she said i looked it in my face i guess. lol. but i dont wanna get my hopes up! and TMI but i also had extra discharge today, which could be a sign right?

hi

AS far as i know it can be a sign of conception ( just like implantation bleeding) a very lite spot of blood right after conception. different boodies react differently.... my friend had cramps (bad ones her first trimester) but was fine after and went to term with her son, i had twins and never had a single cramp. if you feel different it could def be a sign that something is up . BUT don t br dissapointed , and i know how hard that can be if your not.

I would suggest talking with an OB doctor because he/she will be able to tell you your best days, depending on what kind of cycle you have. A lot of women think that they should be having a period at the same time every month but that isn't true. Some women have 24 day cycles, some have up to 32 or more, it just depends on the woman. My OB doc gave me some GREAT info when I was trying to conceive! Believe it or not, sperm can live iside of you for longer than most people think. The key isn't necessarily to have sex every other day for the entire month (seeing as a lot of couples may be too tired, too busy, etc), the key is to have sex every other day around the time that you are ovulating. I am no doctor, but I am just relaying what I was told when trying to conceive. So if all else fails, talk with an OB!

Hallo!

If you had your period about two weeks ago and your feeling all bloated and crampy now, then you must be ovulating at the moment. If your are gonna take a pregnancy test now you will only waste your money, because its to early to tell. Wait for your period. If its a few days late, then you can take a test. If you get cramps when your periods are surpose to start, it might be a sign that your pregnant;-)

It is possible that you may experience a little cramping while ovulating, but it is possible you could be pregnant....also, unless you are charting your period, and taking your temp everyday(at the same time) or using an ovulation kit you could be off on when you are most fertile....but the only way to truly find out would be to take a test...but at this point it is probably to early to show up, so I would wait a couple weeks to take a test.

Sorry to hear that, it can be for a few days. With me, it's normally light cramping on and off, a day or 2 before. When I'm ovulating it's intense and the actually pop of the egg can make me feel sick, and then mild cramps after I've ovulated but better the day after I have. But it all depends on how strong an ovulation I've had and how many eggs I've released at any one time.



I did post after my previous one responding to the how OPK's work, but facebook had a tizzy and it didn't submit the post. So if you still want to know how the tests work, I'll be happy to explain, as I'd been ttc for nearly 11 years and have done many tests in my time.

if its just ovulating pains, how long do those usually last? cuz ive been having cramps and really bloated since the april 8th. and at some parts in the day kinda queazy.

Darn...forgot to say Ovulation kits or OPK's pich up the level of LH (luetenising hormone) in your urine. This is one of the 4 hormones needed for ovulation. When the level builds up in your wee the LH shows up on the OPK. If it's a mid stream or dip stick test, it has to be the same shade or darker than the control that comes up. That's a possitve +++ OPK and you are due to Ov. If it's reall light or barely there, you're not in your fertile window and should carry on testing the same time every day. And when you haven't had a drink in the last 2-3 hrsso it doesn't dilute the hormones in your wee.



Or use the digital tests that are about now, it's the same for pregnancy ones that pick up the hCG in your wee. Test those the same way or use a digital. Hubby and ! have been ttc for nearly 11 years, before we finally had our little man this January. So I've used many tests.

Me again, if you know that there is no probs with your other half, and he hasn't been ill or sick then every day if his swimmers are great.  If you don't know and then every other day is best.  If you're testing with OPK's, then BD (baby dance aka have sex) every day that you have a possitive OPK.

When you get the 1st +++ you'll OV in the next 24-48hrs depending on you hormone level.

It could be a pregnancy or that your ovaries are hyper stimulated (it happens to some women where they produce more than one egg which is why you have the cramping) and it might be as simple as a flu bug or virus.  If the cramping doesn't go away after a couple of days, call your doctor or local clinic and they will tell you if you need to see the doctor or to "let it pass".  And by the way your last period could have been "break through bleeding" which I had when I was pregnant with my daughter.  It happens in some pregnancies, five to seven days after conception and it can seem like a period...just a little lighter in flow - which is normal with me for about one in three periods is light and only last 3 days.  I didn't know about this and that it why I only discovered I was pregnant once I was three months along since I had what I thought was my period...which was actually breakthrough bleeding.    Good luck and relax when it comes to trying to conceive, putting undo pressure on yourself (and your husband) will not do any good....it will only make lovemaking feel like a chore when it's supposed to be a great stress reliever.

i loved the nuva ring! its so easy and you dont even feel it. my partner said he didnt either. and with the nuva ring youll know when you get your period. you put the ring in for 3 weeks, then take it out for a week. thats the week you get your period. i tell everyone about it! but some people have a problem with sticking it up there and getting it out. but its your body so i dont really get it. the only thing is it would come out sometimes during sex. but you just wash it off and put it back in!

In response to the nuva ring,,how does that work? I heard of it..but how affecive is it? I am on the depo shots...but I find I don;t get my periods on that..I had the IUD but they had to take it out cause it was expelling on its own and plus it irritated my partner. And I certaintly didn';t want to do something I would regret like get my tubes tied and I am only 32 I have a almost 14month  old now and what if I eventually want to try for a second one? I heard soo many stories about how bad the depo provera shot is.  So just wondering how the Nuva ring did for you?

It could quite possibly be that you are pregnant. I had my period about 2 1/2 weeks before I found out I was pregnant and I had the same symptoms as you. Since you are trying:) Good luck!!!

i have 6 kids and i only have to think about it an im preganat lol, but i have found that if you stop thinking about falling preganat then you will and also i have fallen everytime if i dont go to the toliet after do it sounds weird but it has happened 6 times for me so i think it must work so try this, i now with my last we had been very careful for a while but one time and i fell and i could not belive it as i dident wont anymore but i have a cute little 8 month old boy and would not have it any other way so just keep trying thats the fun part and it will happen when you least think about. good luck

I can only imagine... and I'm sorry to hear that. But You know have a healthy baby boy by the looks of it. You can only try and  hope that it will be ok, I know that my friend is 20 weeks prego and her son was diagnosed with trisomy 18 which means he could be born brain dead and have club feet very small features and she has 2 other childern. She has choosen to keep him and let him habve a fighting chance and I think tahts all you can ask for. If you get pregnant again it could be another blessing just like your son and yes there is that achance I was afraid my first trimester but you'll never know how it will work out in the end unless you try. I hope for the ebst for both of you ...i trulydo!

how long ago did you lose the baby? one of my friends lost hers at 6 weeks but got pregnant with her daughter almost immediately after losing that one.

Yeah, I had surgery to remove my Endo and was told that the first year was my best chance at getting pregnant... I did get pregnant... but I lost it... I was about 10 weeks along... It took me a long time to get pregnant again. I'm just not sure I can do that again! Losing a baby to get another baby is hard...

You know ciera because your son is less than a year old even though your chances are slimmer they say that a year after you have a child that you are actually really fertile foe a year, at lease thats what my ob said and it seems true in my case

Good for you. I tell myself that same thing and yet I still stress! That's the pot calling the kettle black, huh? Me telling you not to stress, yet I stress! My hubby and I are trying to get preggo too, but I'm not sure if it'll happen anytime soon! I have Endometriosis and Poly-Cystic Ovaries, so our chances are slimmer... Hopefully it'll happen soon though!

That doesnt mean for everybody though. You body is totally different from mine... You could get pregnant right away after stopping it and I could take 6 months.  Its just an average they give you its not always a guarantee but liek ciera said dont get discouraged...keep trying and I'm sure you;ll get pregnant soon enough

The Nuvaring is different than the pill, because it doesn't release as many hormones as the pill does. So supposedly, you can get pregnant right after you get it taken out, but you still have to build up the tissue in your uterus that holds the egg. And it depends on what time of your cycle you had it removed, because what you thought was your period could have just been bleeding from removing the nuvaring!

Okay, I had the Nuvaring in for about 3 months, and didn't stop bleeding the whole time... I finally decided to take it out. I stopped bleeding, but never started again!



Don't feel discouraged if you don't get pregnant right away, keep track of your cycles. Watch for discharge (That is a sign of ovulation) cramps, bloating, etc. at times that aren't your normal times to get your period. That way if you miss it this month, you can watch for those signs next month!

Well now that you've mentioned birth control. Depending on how long you were on it, you might not get pregnant right awasy. Sometime it can take up to 3 months foer your hormones to beome normal again in a sense because its been so use to having hormones being produces by your birth control.

I don't ovulate very often, like my cycles range from 57-72 days long... So when I was trying to get pregnant, I took one and that's the month I got pregnant! In fact, My son is almost 8 months old and I still haven't had a period! I'm not breastfeeding either!

You pee on an ovulation stick just like you do a pregnancy test. They are really tricky, because they can sometimes have 2 lines and you aren't ovulating yet. The test line has to be darker than the control line, where when you're pregnant, you just have to get 2 lines and you're pregnant!

Ya i know theres one out tyhere its a 20 supply and you pee on a little stick everyday and once it changes a certain color it means that your ovulating,and it would be the best time to try . Just relax and let it happen take an ovulation test and go with the flow like the last girl said the more you stress the harder it can be. If you need any other advice please feel free to ask.

You aren't pregnant yet. I don't want to seem rude, but if you just had your period 2 weeks ago, that means that you are probably just ovulating. It's so crazy, because youre mind can do some funny things to you. When you start "Trying" or tell yourself that you now want a baby, every little symptom makes you think, "Am I pregnant?" Just stay calm, don't stress too much about it, because stress can cause problems. And remember, it can take the average HEALTHY couple 12 months (or 12 cycles) to concieve! NOt really...the reason being the sperm becomes weak. Its better to take breaks in between...and coffee is suppose to make the sprem "swim" better. Sperm can last inside you for 24 hrs...so everyother day should give you a good chance. Also start yourself on prenantals again it helps the body get ready for pregnancy and can also help. Possibly buy an dovulation kit too if your  really wanting to get pregnant fast.

There might be a chance or your body is letting you know that you are ovulating. If you really want to concieve another baby you and your significant other shoul dhave sex every other day. Thats what I was told, and now I have 2!! But with both of my boys before I knew I wa spregnant I got cramps like I thought I wa sgoing to get my period then it never came, and Ithought I was latebut took a test and it came back positive. So wait until your suppose to get your period and if you dont I would take one just to know.
