Cramps and diarrhea at 35 weeks pregnant

I have problem last 3 days . I am 35 weeks pregant. My left side of the lower part is very pain and bowmating with fever, could you suggest me

The diarrhea at 35 weeks pregnant may be your body cleansing itself for the labor. The cramps is probably you contracting. Go to an inside store and walk around for a little bit if the cramps weaken or even go away it was braxton hicks (false labor) if it does not go away or weaken Time the cramps if they become 5 minutes apart go to the hospital, your in labor. good luck and congrats on the babies

I have twins who are 18, a girl and a boy.  They were actually born at 35 weeks.  I was in the hospital from 25 week until the birth.  In my case cramps were contractions. When someone has cramps, especially in a twin or higher order multiple pregnancy, the doctor will probably want you to go get monitored and have it checked.  Sometimes the lungs may not be mature at 35 weeks.  The last month is also when the neurological is finishing up its maturity.

Your babies will probably be ok, but the closer you can get to your due date, the better off they will be.  So I would say, call your doctor about the cramps and diarrhea 35 weeks pregnant.

Cramps and diarrhea at 35 weeks pregnant sound like early labor signs to me. Cramping and diarrhea are common when you are starting labor. At 35 weeks you could be getting ready to have those babies anytime now as it is common with twins to go a little early. I had my 3 year old daughter at 35 weeks and she was just fine. Just try to stay relaxed and not worry. It could also be a tummy bug as they are going around now. My best advice is to drink lots of fluids and stay hydrated which will help whether it is labor or a bug. Good luck with everything and if you feel the same way tomorrow I would get your midwife to check you out.

If you are like me, you are going to worry anyway.  Just remember, that if you go into labor at this point, it'll be OK.  Good luck!

if youve taken castor oil it would be that coz thats what happened to me....... not the one lol...... or im gessing ya jst getting ready  4 labor

It could be a bug, but cramps and diarrhea 35 weeks pregnant sounds more like labor. Do make sure to drink enough water. No matter how much you drink, you can always drink more :)

With all of the yucky stuff that goes around during the winter months there is a good chance it is some stomach bug.  However, be so careful about staying hydrated.  I had diarrhea and was throwing and ended up delivering my 2nd 4 1/2 wks early.  Do what you need to do to take care of yourself.  Congrats on your twins!  hope all goes well!
