I gave up also but have learned that my daughters crib isn't even a stork craft like we were told lol. It's a Simmons and the only recall they have had was a mattress not that long ago. Glad to hear you just went ahead and go another crib. I have read in the news that stork craft is being requested by a lot of parents to refund the money for the crib all together so parents can buy new ones from other companies and they are poping up all over the country,Canada as far as i know. Once it starts to cool down it might be worth it for you to request the same thing but ask them for the total it was for yuor new crib possibly. I'm not sure if they are allowing refunds at this point but it doens't hurt to ask:)

It is all cribs made from 1993-2009 that have a side drop rail. The 800# is always busy so i would try emailing if you can get the site to work...i have been trying for 3 days to get it to work but it seems that the site is flooded and can't log on to it. Good luck to all the moms!

I had trouble with calling the phone number they provided, but I will now try to go to the website that Valerie suggested. Thanks Val!

i dont know if this is any help but i found a web site that google provided and suggested to go and log on to order the repair kit which is http://www.storkcraft.com ...it has a button for 2 different repair kits one is for the drop rail and the other is for the brackets...also they are the only thing on the first page so you cant miss it which makes that easy once you click on one it will go straight to the app. as you scroll down..hope this helps you good luck!!
