I have been stressing out BIG time because of the custody and divorce preceedings I'm going through with my husband. He has threatened to go for full custody because of my dating habits and is threatening me to make me stop dating. Will court really care who I am dating while going through the divorce????

Ditto Sarah. Also if you are bringing home a different guy every week, introducing them to your child/children, and doing sleepovers while the kids are in the home... he 'might' have a case against you, but no guarantees.
It's generally really hard for a parent to lose custody though. 'Typically' courts like to go with 50/50 custody since a relationship with both parents is extremely important and will grant this unless one parent is proven unfit or distance makes joint custody impractical.
Personally speaking though.... if I were being threatened like this I would simply stop dating until the court battle is over. Problem solved. ;)

I think it depends. If you're dating a pedophile or someone who drinks or does drugs - yes they will care. If it's a normal guy but your ex just doesn't want to see you with someone else, no they won't care.
