Wondering what games we can do outside. Her b-day is in June, so it should be warm!

Find out if there is a place near your home or city that will bring you a petting zoo - they usually bring about 6 different types of animals to your house, and it's considerably inexpensive...I actually spent more money on my son's last b-day only making a bbq, then what I found out it costs - here in tx it's about $150 or so - $290 with a pony for 2 hours...might be worth it if she likes animals! :)

Do you remember the game where you walk an egg on a spoon, for 4 yr olds we used water balloons and big cooking spoons. And we also played toss the water balloon. When it's hot outside getting wet is great.

My 4 year old had a "doll" party. Each guest brought her favorite baby doll. Sitting in a circle, they introduced their dolls to eachother, diapered them with preimie diapers I had purchased, and got to choose an additional doll outfit and/or accessory from a box of doll clothes I had found at various 2nd-hand stores and garage sales (I had laundered them). It was a BIG hit!
I'm going to do the sundae party next - loved that idea!

For my daughters 4th birthday last june we had a bouncy castle in the garden which went down a storm. So if your garden would fit one in then thats a good one - we then only played pass the parcel as no others games were needed once a party tea had been had. Sandwiches, crisps, cucumber, pepper, grapes, and biscuits and cake - not too much sweet stuff as you don't want them being sick if they go back on bouncy castle afterwards!!
Or a themed party goes down well, my daughter also went to a princess and pirates party where she played lots of games that tied in well with the theme. pass the parcel, music statues and musical islands - for the musical islands i think they had to jump on a picture of a castle or pirates boat.
Hope this helps. Not sure what we'll do this year.

I had a very inexpensive birthday party for my daughter. I had a sundae party. I bought a couple of buckets of vanilla and put it on a decorated table and let all the children make their own sundaes (with parental help of course) The children had a ball. I think I spent a total of 45 buck on the entire party. Not including the treat bags.
The table had crushed oreos, rainbow sprinkles, carmel, fudge, gummie, bears, chopped nuts and anything else you can think of to put on a sundae.
Good luck and have fun!!!
