My daughter is turning 4 tomorrow and she wants to have a tea party. I need some fast and cheap ideas to decorate her party with that will make it fun for her and her friends.

Have you got access to a colour printer??? Google teacups, then click on images. You can print some cut outs and hang them on the walls or hang them from the ceiling.

silk flowers, floppy hats, watering cans, lace or pastel tablecloths, teddy bears, white gloves, costume jewelry.

pick up some costume jewelry cheap at a consignment shop or goodwill store. get silk flowers and watering cans at discount store..leave the tags on and you can return them!
