When my daughter finally started sleeping through the night, I realized I couldn't. I went to the doctor and was on sleeping medication for 7 days. It helped and I was finally sleeping through the night too. I know that there are some natural products out there that you can try, I just didn't know about them 16 years ago.....Good luck.....

Getting totally worn out during the day does some times. After 15 yrs I have gotten use to it. My oldest is 15, then 6 yo and 3 yo. When my oldest was around 6 I started to sleep again w out so much trouble.
If your dr says its ok maybe try some benadryl. It knocks most people out to sleep decently. Mine had me on sleeping pills for a couple months but they havent worked on me well. Good luck.

when i brought my baby home i didn't sleep well at all. I think it was just the excitement of having a new baby.and also being nervous and scared. I was always checking to see if she was breathing or just watching her. I also had to keep everything clean...why idk,its not like she was crawling around or anything. Anyways,if this is your first and your baby is still young i understand,if not then talk to your doctor it may be something more.
