With more kids you are going to need a bigger bag.. I don't know that lugging around 2 bags is going to be easy.. I know they sell backpack diaper bags and those have a lot of room, but also you may just need to clean out yours look at what is really going to be needed and get a bigger one then you currently have.. Also you can always keep a car diaper bag... I do this still and my kids are 7, 4 and 1.. I also babysit a lot and have kids of all ages with me.... In the car diaper bag (and I use just a cute beach tote for it) I keep sunblock, extra change for clothes for each child also some diapers and extra wipes and just extra things like that, that I may need but may not and don't want to put in my diaper bag because then it'll just be crazy full.. You are already learning what your really need on hand and what you might need with you. so by the time the new baby comes you'll have an idea what you will need to have on you all the time and what you can do with out or put aside just in case.. Good Luck and congratulations..

i had my boys 15mos apart i had just gotten used to having a smaller diaper bag when it was time to get a giagantic one for the NB so i just got a tote sized bag that wasnt obviously "babyish" and used it for both, i also just got a big wallet (the kind that can hold a check book) and kept all my purse stuff in there so i wouldnt have to cary a purse with kids so close in age it worked better for me to not have to hunt down 2 or 3 bags every time we left the house or the park or whatever.. but if your kids are seperated for day care or whatever you may want seperate bags.. the tote sized bag that i got came with a matching smaller one that fit inside so that when i droped off one i could just seperate them as needed

We got a Baby Sherpa backpack we use with all 3 of our toddlers. It also has a TON of medical equipment packed in it. Amazing.

I have 4 different bags as it is just because I like to change them out often LOL, but I think with having 2 that will be in diapers and etc. that if you have a bag that is big enough and will let you separate the diapers and other things that each child will need then you should be alright

I just got a bigger one. It's hard to carry everything you need in a small one, and I didn't really want to carrying two. I guess it might be cute to have their own but in the end that's just another thing you could forget in the rush of getting kids out the door :-P Good luck! :-)

I had a two year old and a new born if your bag isn't big enough try a backpack or a bigger bag but there isn't any need to carry two diaper bags
