i went to the drs a week ago for babys immunisations and havent seen his red book since i cant get in touch with hv as all her details were in the book and i dont even know her name, im really stressing as i need it asap!! can anyone help please xxx

id say you would have to make ann appointment so your not waiting round for ages to see a doc :)

When you go to the doc the next time they can make a new one and sign all the vaccs and ht. and wt.

Go to the doctors office and they will make you a new one. It happened to me before. It is not a big deal, they keep records.

i dont see the midwife anymore and ive tried ringing my drs but they werent answering

the health centre should have a contact number for your health visitor, tell the health centre that you dont know her name but could you leave your nam and number and the health visitor can phone you :)
