have you tried breath right strips? I wore those alot while I was pregnant and even in the hospital after I had my son.. I stayed stuffy.

I just put a couple of drops of warm salt water in each nostril and blew my nose. It works pretty quickly. I am not sure about the neti pot, I am always scared the water will go up to far and hurt! LOL

Steam (from the shower, or boil a pot of water and inhale the steam) - that helped me. Also saline solution sprays - you can get them from any pharmacy or drug store. Those helped me as well.
