Does anyone else have problems with their child not doing poos on the potty or toilet, but ok with wees?

My son is just beginning to potty train. He wears pull ups and knows what the potty is for but has yet to begin using the potty. I say it will take time and don't rush the child. Otherwise you might scare the child. Just keep encouraging the child and eventually he or she will do both in the potty. Good Luck!

This is actually a comon problem. I have worked in multiple daycares and potty trained many children. There are a lot of children that are okay peeing in the toilet but pooping kind of intimidates them in that area, not sure why.

We have the opposite problem! Poop on the potty, pee in the diaper. LOL
