Does anyone had a PCO then got pregnant after taking gonal-f injection?

We'll just don't get too down about it just yet. I was told I could not have kids at all! Those Doc's don't know everything...good luck with everything. Take care and God bless you too!

i have PCOS and was told to lose 20kgs and to change my diet to a diabetic diet, this seemed to help as i fell pregnant quite easily and now have a beautiful 8.5month angel

After my first daughter, and no problems getting pregnant, I came up with PCOS. I tried Clomid, got pregnant twice but lost the first one. With the second one, I used the injections (sorry, can't remember which ones-it was 7yrs ago). Got one baby girl out of it. Took about 6yrs to get her, too. The good news is that I got pregnant again on my own a year later! Girl #3 came along. Then recently, I changed my diet, lost about 35pounds and got pregnant again accidentally! For me, I think my weight played a part in the unbalanced hormones. Good luck!

Thank you holly for the information about Puregon. I will ask my OB on my next  appointment w/ her about puregon. We've been trying for 2 years to have a second baby. taken clomid and this time is gonal-f injection but still no luck. My OB told me that my egg size is 1.4cm and only have 50% chance to get pregnant this month. And I need to intake duphaston for 10 days to regulate my menstruation.


I'm afraid that my case is secondary infertility but my OB told me that it is still too early to conclude about that. Thanks again & God bless!
