My nipples are inverted and the tip is thick. This makes my 2 month old cry rather than suck. I had to start pumping but, I've noticed that my milk supply is speedily going down. What can I do to correct this?

Keep her at the breast, even if it's just for a little while -- that will help stimulate your milk flow. As well, you may need to consider using a galactogogue, like fenugreek or a prescription like Domperidone. Pumping is nowhere near as efficient as a baby suckling, which is why you're noticing such a drop in supply. Have you contacted La Leche League in your area to ask for advice regarding your nipples?
