My husband and I live in a two-story house with 2 other people. We are looking for a cooler/warmer for at night. We have been going between Munchkin and the first years model. We are using Dr. Brown's bottles and am also wondering how people liked this. Did it keep bottles cooled? Did it heat them up right? Did it leak?

I have it and love it. I warm up breastmilk in the medela storage bottles and pour it into the bottles I use to feed him with. There is a chart to tell you how much water to put in for however many ounces.

i have one and it is great. you can use any kind of bottle in it as long as it fits in the hole and there should be a chart in the box of how much water to put in it according to the size of the bottle

Most bottle warmers will hold any standard sized bottle. The playtex w/bags are the only ones not designed to be warmed and are oversized that I recall.

Yes you can warm breast milk in the warmer.

Did it come with instructions... I was giving a used bottle warmer w/o instructions. I looked them up online. They should tell you what type of bottles you can use, or what not to use. I did heat up breast milk... If you have to add water to the warmer to heat up your bottle, be careful. If you add too much then you have to wait for it to cool down, and too little will be cold. Putting a bottle back on the warmer may cause it to over heat. Sometimes you cannot put glass bottles in the warmers, they could break. I use the Dr. Brown plastic bottle system and never had a problem using them. I just hated the warmer itself. Ours use to smell like it was burning, and did not have any safety features that made me feel safe using it. Once our son slept through the night we stopped using it... Good luck
