Ok so my daughter is two and we have been on holidays since having her but we have always had other friends with us so it hasnt felt like a 'family' holiday. I just booked flight down to the Gold Coast for next April to spend three night at Sea World and also ducking over to Movie World which are big theme parks. I was just wondering when everyone got to go one there first 'family' holiday and where you went or are planning to go?

Ours was a road trip to Albany (South West of Western Australia) when our first was 18 months old. It was great and although we didn't do a lot of touristy things due to LOs young age, it was still really nice to get away. Now that we have two kids we like to go Bunbury (South West again) and stay in a nice hotel. We always have activities planned and we all have such a good time.

This is tough I don't remember honestly I have 3 kids and there is 7 yrs between #2 and #3 so not sure. Plus I have family in FL so we have made several trips down there over the years.
