Record it in a diary Lola, it is important that you note down ANYTHING at all, even things you don't think will be helpful. I am so sorry this is happening to you. Do you haver any family or friends who can be with you right now? And do you have a lawyer? If not, get one.

I been crying all day!!!! He lied and said he will let me see him and he's not here I feel like I'm gonna die SERIOUSLY. I can't eat sleep barly talk GOD PLEASE Help me I can't continuelike this... At this point I just want to know if my baybee is ok! And see him :(

As it stands, I would suggest that you continue trying to make contact and arrangements to see your baby, keep a diary of your attempts, keep a record of your police report, absolutely everything you can, to show that the father of the baby is likely to (1) kidnap your child and then proceed to (2) deny you visitation. The court will frown upon the way he is acting, because what he is doing is parental alienation, which is not in the child's best interests.

Except that his child is his too. So they both have equal rights to the child. If the OP were to steal the child back and then withhold visitation from the father it probably won't help with the custody case.

I still think your wrong! I have spoke to an attorney on this matter and was told no matter what only parent can hold child not relative no matter permission or not. Having some idiot with hold your child is illegal and creepy as well but as a mother I would do just that til I had possession of my child and I be damned if I waited till after Christmas for a judge to tell him to give me my child back.

In some states, if the person (mostly family member) has been given permission by at least one parent to be in a certain place, the person can contact the police if the other parent showed up. At least that is what is done during a custody battle. Believe me, I know because my mother did that to my father when I was a child.



And following a person around without them knowing about it just so you can see where they are going, even if you are trying to get a child back, is stalking. It's illegal and really creepy as well.

@Lacye.. There is nothing he could do if she took her child after he left them in the care of someone else. I have delt with this very issue personally and have had children taken from me by the other parent because I am not the legal guardian. I never said to stalk anyone just said to follow them without their knowledge so as soon as he leaves child in the care of someone else she can get her baby back. And don't under estemate(sp?) the stupidity of a man.

America, if the father left the child in the care of another family member of his, there is still nothing she can do about it because the father gave his permission for the son to be there. I seriously doubt he would take the child to a daycare either simply because that would be the only way she could get the child back.



Oh and following somebody around with them not knowing is considered stalking. It's illegal and could cause her to get into serious trouble and would look bad on her part in front of the judge.

If you have a court order, the police can help you. If you don't have a court order... the police can NOT do anything for you.

I would follow them around secretly and as soon as the child was out of dads reach take the child back. If his mom has child why he works then go get child there is nothing she can do. Or if child goes to daycare or babysitter then go get child from them because they can't hold the child from you.

You say you have an agreement with your son's father, but has it been written down in legal documents that has gone through the court system? If not, then there really isn't much you can do about it. Sorry but it's the truth. If there is no custody agreement that has gone through the court, then both of you have legal custody of that child and until you can get him in front of the judge, he can legally keep your son away from you. It sucks but it's the truth.

Are you the same women that said the grandmother had the baby and she would not give the baby to you? I would get a lawyer asap and file for sole custody. Call the cops again and tell then that he is breaking the custody agreement. I fyou have any paper work to support that, show them. If you have any e mails or texts, show them. Try to establish any records that you can from here on out. Record phone calls, print e mails and save text messages.

If there is no court order no one will legally help you. They can't since you both have equal rights to the child w/out a court order.



That also means that if YOU have him.... you don't have to let his father see him until after court either though. Do you have a calm, strong, male friend or relative that can maybe go w/ you to get your son? NOT someone that will freak out at his father or get violent or anything....



If not... you don't have a choice but to wait.

If you have a court order stating when you have your child... the police officer would've made your ex give you back your child. If you don't have a court order stating that... there is nothing you can legally do until court.

Awe thats really sad . i hope you get your son back. and you should be ably to get to see your baby because thats your baby . uless he has a big reason of not leting you see the baby as in you hurting him or do anything harm to the baby. but iam pretty sure you will get to see ur son . i hope i helped out . and good luck .
