My favorite thing about nursing is its soothing element. Not only is my son's tummy happy, so is his heart. The warmth of Mama, the warmth of the milk, & the perfect flow calms not only him, but me as well. It is amazing how it is designed to even benefit Mom's nerves. Nursing has been an aid to my struggle with anxiety & has been an absolute joy to share with my sons. (Two weeks with my first, &, so far, 8 months with my second)!

Although I didn't get a chance to do it very long, I enjoyed every minute of it. I loved the bonding that it allowed me to have with my son and it is very cost effective. I plan on doing it again with this baby.

It's impossible to just pick one, but I guess the most important is the peace of mind knowing I'm giving my baby the best nutrition, immune support and love/nurturing, one on one bonding time all in one!

My favorite thing about nursing is being able to take my "bottles" anywhere with me! The milk is always fresh and ready to go and there is no getting up in the middle of the night to get sticky formula all over you! I also love sitting around all day with my precious little ones, it is a wonderful feeling knowing that I am the ONLY person in the world that can provide them with the nutrition they need to grow big and strong!

I breastfed 6 babies and the bonding experience it worth it! But as the children kept coming, the desire to sleep was overpowering, so I loved breastfeeding because I could just take them to bed as nurse while I dozed at night....

Knowing that both of us are benefiting from the feeding. He gets all the great nutrients and I get to lose my baby weight faster. :)

I love everything about having breast fed my son. The feeling is indescribable when you see your little one gain weight and grow strong due to the nutrition that your body is providing. Babies thrive on their mother’s milk; it is love, companionship, comfort, and nutrition in a single act. It is knowing that you are doing the best for my child. Breast feeding is linked to stronger immune system, higher IQ, calmer babies, better and lasting relationship mother and child relationships. It is cheaper and convenient.

I love when she rests her little hand on my boob beside her mouth. And that when she lets go to talk to her dad she slides her hand over my nipple as though to hide it from him!

So many favourite things about nursing, but one is when I nurse my girl laying down and we fall asleep together :-) So peaceful - absolute bliss!

Getting that special time with your baby, when it can be just the two of you and the sense of accomplishment in it. I breast fed my daughter for the first 6 months and it really saddened me when my milk went away and I couldn't do it anymore.

I absolutely love the bonding you get to have with them while nursing. I'm nursing my 3rd daughter (our last one) and I will truly miss that special time that ONLY I get! I love when they get old enough to hold onto your shirt while feeding:)

I love comforting my daughter in a way in which no one else can. I also like feeling her little fingers tickling my sides as she snuggles in for a little drink.

At first it was knowing that I was giving my daughter the best possible food. Now that she is one and I'm back to work its having that cuddle time every morning and before bed.

I love that i can get closse to my baby and feed him givving him that extra reassurance that I will be there for him when he needs me. Pluse the extra benifit that you dont have to get up and make a bottle in the middle of the night and never have to worry about running out

Looking down and watching their tiny mouth move while their little hands hold your fingers or play with your hair. No matter what they are doing, everytime my baby nurses it is an amazing feeling of comfort for mom and baby. There is no better feeling.

I enjoy the closeness of gazing into your baby's eyes, and the bonding that occurs during breastfeeding! It is such a lovely experience and I feel very happy knowing that I am giving my baby girl the best start in life. Breast milk is liquid gold and the immunity benefits to your baby are amazing.!

The close, intimate one on one bond that only her and I will ever have. I've been nursing for just about two years and I love it as much as the first day. I love as an infant when she would fall asleep with milk running from the corner of her mouth. I love as I went back to work, her level of excitement when I come home every day. I love as a toddler that I can tickle her and sniff her feet and make her giggle without losing her latch. I love how it's made me so much more informed about breastfeeding and I can pass that info on to other moms.

My favorite thing about nursing all three of my children is the cuddle time we get to be close to one another. It's our special bond that we do not have to share with anyone. As a mother you are needed a lot, but never are you as important than when you are the one who provides the sole nurishment of a child. It's amazing!

I love to look in my daughter's eyes and see the love that glows in those innocent eyes as i breastfeed her.. I breastfeed my daughter until sh was 2, and by breastfeeding our bond is strong.. what is 2 yrs of no work just being with my daughter equivalent to a lifetime of closeness and full of love relationship with her.. ;)

The best thing about feeding is feel a closer bond to baby more eye contact, a sence of love better for baby cheap but best of all is that smile you get when they have finished

Breastfeeding has never been one of those easy things for me. I think my favorite thing was that it forced me to take time out and look at this beautiful gift that God had given me. Breastfeeding gives you those quiet moments that if you are not careful they pass you by in the busy activities of our daily life.

Having a healthy baby! Any time I might have traded to breastfeed is worth staying out of the ER or quick care w/ear infections and diarrhea.

How easy and convenient it is to breastfeed is my fave thing. No bottles or formula to bring with me or mix up. My milk is always ready to go! And it brings me closer to my baby.....it gives us both time to sit and relax together......but wait!....maybe my favorite thing is that it has helped me to lose a lot of baby weight too!
