My favorite thing about breast feeding is the health benefits to me and baby. I can sleep better know the risk of SIDS is decreased, and that my baby gets what he needs while I am enjoying the reduced risk for breast cancer. It is a win win situation! (although the cuddling is mighty nice too :)

My absolute favorite thing about nursing all four of my children, was the fact that I got 30 minutes of quiet time every couple of hours with them. It is rewarding knowing that your baby depends on you for their health and well being, and nursing provides them with so much nutrition!

My favorite thing about nursing is that it provides everything my baby needs! I can even give him immunity and antibodies! I love that God created both my body and my baby's to respond to each other in such a miraculous way!

The bond that you form with your child is priceless. That one on one time is very relaxing and comforting for mom and baby. I've been fortunate enough to breastfeed all three of my children. :)

It's the VERY SPECIAL bond between mother and baby!! It's becoming one with your child for a brief moment! It's always having a "bottle" with you wherever you go! It's the look in their precious little eyes! It's giving them the very BEST! It's those few moments in the day where everything feels right, and we dont worry about the other crazy things in our lives! It's EVERYTHING about being a mother! To all the moms, mamas, mommys, mums out there!!! Way to Go!! =)

I loved the closeness I felt for my baby. I was able to watch her every eye lash grow. I also loved knowing that I was giving her the best possible start in life. I loved nursing and can't wait to nourish my next baby!

what i love most about breastfeeding has been the benefits it offers to my son we have been able to create a closer bond then i did with my first 2 children he has had lees health and wellness issues and i am always able to quickly comfort and console him in times of distress we are currently working on weening with no success but my best friend just had a baby so we are discussing the differences with that i have muscle issues so for medical reasons need to ween trying to hold him and be comfortable is a real problem when a muscle lets go for me while i am nursing i end up pulling a rib or shoulder out of place if i could find a better physical nursing support and comfortable way to continue i would keep nursing through the summer i think for the health benefits to him and the security it offers him

There are two equally important issues that have made me choose to breastfeed all four of my children, and the one I am expecting now. The first is the bonding experience I have with my baby. That is something no one will ever be able two take away from us. The second is that I know what is going in my baby, and what is not. After all the recalls on baby formula I do not know if I could ever give my baby formula. If I could not breastfeed for some reason I may have turned to a milk bank instead of the alternative.

My favorite thing about nursing was the closeness. I've never experienced anything so intimate as nourishing the most important person in the world with your own body. My youngest is five and nursing is the thing I miss the most about having a baby. I'm not expecting a baby now (I wish!), but thought I'd enter the contest because one of my friends is about to become a first time mom and she and her hubby are out of work. I'd love to win one of these for her. It would bless her.

It's not only healthy, science has proven higher IQ scores in nursed babies as opposed to formula. But hey, who can resist saving money and not having to walk to the kitchen to make a bottle in the middle of the night? I do. I have a portable, always ready and the right temperature to feed the baby. ~Tarra Flores Sloan

My favorite thing about breastfeeding is when I watch down at my baby and knowing they are getting milk that will not be recalled. It is the best milk for your baby! My son at newborn always had his hand on my breast while looking up at me and when he was done feeding, he always left a little hand print on my breast from resting his hand there. Its so sweet he has his hands on my heart!

The best part is the bonding with your child. However, I don't mind all the savings I am getting from not buying formula. :)

The best thing about breastfeeding my baby is the bond you get to create with your child with the eye to eye contact, that love at first sight, and caressing your baby arms, and back. I enjoy the closeness that only you as a mom get to experiance.

I love definitely the bonding between the two of us, there is no greater feeling than when they open their eyes and look at you like you are their first love.
Also, knowing they are getting the best nutrients to get a good start in life.
Good luck to everyone! :-)

The best thing about breast feeding?? For me it is the nutrition that I can provide to boost my childs immune system. I also love watching them eat and I know the bond between me and my child is a strong bond.

Knowing that you are providing your child with the best possible nutrition and possible immunities. Also the bond is awesome and knowing that no one else can provide for your child the same way. I also love the fact that you do not have to carry around formula, water, bottles, etc when you are going somewhere, with breastfeeding there is no added preparation or extra things to carry around! :)

I LOVE the convenience of it. I don't have to worry about up~ing the portion of it and worrying about if she is getting enough. It is how God intended us, women, to nurture our newborns and it is the healthiest thing we can give them helping them mae their immune system stronger against germs.

My favorite "thing" about nursing is all the nutrients my child is getting......vitamins, minerals, probiotics. Also, the way my child looks at me and the way he squeezes my breast while he he feeding..it's like he is tapping the keg or something....lol. It is the greatest feeling in the whole wide world to be able to nurse your child. He never took to a bottle nor a pacifier....so great!

Am having a baby in september, and am very excited to breastfeed. Not only is it very healthy for the baby,. but it is alot less expensive then formula and it gives the mother and child a great opportunity to bond. I have also heard thatr breastfed children have less ear infections and dont get sick as often as bottle fed children do.
