Try sewing extra ties on to the bumpers. Maybe is there are less gaps in the bumpers they won't be a space for her to get under them. My son has always moved around a lot and his legs used to stick out between the spindles of his cradle. Now that he is in this crib, he still moves up against the side of the crib, sometimes he ends up sideways, but since the bumpers are tied really tight he can't break free! Good Luck!!!

They make these great breathable mesh cribsheilds that worked wonders for my son. I got mine for around $35 at walmart. The go from under the mattress all the way up the sides. now that he's older it also helps prevent him from being able to climb out of the crib. Good luck!

my little boy does the same thing in his crib he is six months old, what we have done is put a large cot bumper around it instead as he only seems to do it one side this is working for us at the moment.

my son had the same problem every night he got his leg caught cot bumpers dont really help because they just go under it, my son got his leg caught that bad that it stopped the circulation! the best thing to do is just get a travel cot i did and my son loves it

Try pulling the bumper bads down so they are between the mattress and the bars, thats what i have to do with my son so he wouldnt get caught.

do you have a crib that you cannot pass a soda can threw the rails?? that how close they should be. also does your baby move around alot when they are sleeping?
