Glitch with my Circle of Moms application- computer help needed

Hey everyone,

Just recently my circle of mom application stopped allowing me to post a reply with a quote. It used to have an option reading "reply with quote" next to the option to "reply". I can see that other people are still posting with quotes, so why can't I?

a lot of people can't. Its been disappearing from one forum at a time for me. It disappeared from my private forum, then came back.... so weird...
