I am looking for opinions on this a similar products like the swaddlers. I hear they are the thing to use instead of blankets for swaddling because of SIDS. Are they really that much better? I am getting close to time and no one bought any off my registry. Just wondering if I really need these or if I can just swaddle her in one blanket. I heard that is what they do at the hospital so shouldn't it be safe?

I have four kids and didn't use them with the first two but did with my twins and I LOVED them. They kept them really tight like in the womb and warm. And didn't come undone. I was told if you have a tiny baby you could put a small blanket beside the baby as a "filler" to allow the swaddler to be as tight as you want. Good luck and congratulations!!!!!
