Is that the £500 one u get when on income Support! If so yeah i got mine 2weeks after applying for it

You can get the form from your local jobcentre too. I did mine when i was 30 weeks pregnant and got it in like 2 weeks. Just make sure the midwife signs it and you've filled in what applies to you!

yea i have wiv both of my babies u need to go to ur nearset surestart ask for a form fill its in urself n ur midwife then send it back i think it £500 it easy just ask ur midwife she will till u
