to tell you the truth I read the book - did not find it that helpful.. it gave you a whole lot of different ideas all controdicting itself I thought.. before you spend the money I would recommend reading Good Night Sleep Tight by West.. it gave practical step by step instruction for each age your child may be at.. jenn

I had a friend who did it and she said it was totally worth the money! Her son, Benjamin, sleeps like a CHARM now!

I don't think so... just checked Amazon.com and Weissbluth didn't write a book by that name from what I can tell.

Is he the same one that wrote Happy babies, Happy toddlers?? I didnt know that was an option.
