I was reading my Parenting Magazine and saw this book is being written in about 25 different languages, "Go the F#@k to Sleep".
1. Has anyone read it?
2. Do you own it and why?
3. Would you want your child picking up on that title?
4. How on earth is this a children's book?
November issue 2011 Parenting magazine article by Holly V. Kapherr states:
" The blockbuster children's book of 2011is set to be translated into Korean, Serbian, Czech, Taiwanese, and about 20 other languages. But some cultures were less welcoming than others. 'My partner is Swedish, and though she loved it, the Swedish community didn't get it at all,' says Mansbach." Look @ Parenting magazine for getting that idea across to people it is a children's book, the title of the Article is "Go the F#@k to Taiwan"... Not because people have read it and assume, it's because people were given the wrong information. It's on page 18, this is why I posted it, I just couldn't believe it was for children.
