My son is 4 months old and I STILL haven't lost even one pound!!! I breastfed exclusively for the first month but my son didn't think it was enough to fill him up so I started supplementing. But during the time I strictly breastfed I actually gained weight and lost nothing, why is that?! Its' very depressing, anyone else going through the same thing?

I think it's because when you're exhausted and sleep deprived, you have much less willpower. At least for me, I'm tired, we're eating frozen chicken fingers and other non-real-food suppers, and I want that sugar buzz to get me through the afternoon and am too tired to say, "No, that's not healthy. What about an apple instead?" Not to mention there ARE no apples because it's too hard to get out of the house to buy groceries. And so on.
