HI Moms....I was just wondering who has been able to get back their bodies? I am a breast feeding mom and I have been battling to loose the bulge....I feel like this bakery needs to close and get all the rolls away!!

I had my son and my twin daughters 18 months apart. My son just turned 4 when I finally got back to my pre-pregnancy weight before I had all 3 kiddos (155 lbs). I gained 42 lbs during my 1st pregnancy and 36 lbs during my 2nd pregnancy. I got preggo with twins when my son was 9 months old and I still breastfed him. At that point I was 7 lbs over (162 lbs) and by delivery date I was 198 lbs. Having 3 little ones didn't leave me any time for myself. I breastfed my twins till they refused at 5 months. A bottle for them was much easier. After we celebrated my twins 1st birthday I finally got on the scale and was shocked to find out that I'm still 182 lbs (was wearing size 14). I looked like a completely different person on the pictures from 2 years ago. I got scared that I will stay this way and decided to start taking care of myself. I have joined a gym and for $32/month I got a membership which also includes 3 spots at the gym's playroom. I could bring my 3 kiddos to playroom for upto 2hrs every day. I started taking 1 hour/day body pump, body sculpt, spin or pilates classes 4-5 days a week and started to control my food portions. Now after 18 months I'm 149 lbs and my goal is 135 lbs as I was on my wedding day 10 years ago. But after I will reach my perfect weight, I will still need to get a mommy make-over (tummy tuck & boob lift) to look as I was before having 3 kids. 2 surgeons told me that no excersises will make my tummy go back to normal. Pregnancy with twins stretched it so much that my muscles are separated and need to be put together as well as the skin fold needs to be removed surgically. Boobs are not the same as well after 3 babies used them as food supply. I can't wait to get my body back and wish you the same!

I lost all the baby weight from #2 and then some, but am still working on the baby weight from #1 ;) With #1 I gained 60lbs, getting up to 200 :( Then I yo-yoed and was 165 when I got pregnant, gained ♥0lbs and lost it in 6wks. Now I'm 153, which is still 13 over where I was when I got pregnant w/#1...We won't even talk about shape!!!

I was back to my pre-baby weight after 2 weeks. But the muscles in my stomach need some work. I have a flat stomach again,...but it's mushy! Yuck.

I lost all my baby weight in 16 weeks. I gained 45 lbs while pregnant (after giving birth I had about 30 lbs to lose to get back to normal). I am a breastfeeding mom and my daughter is now 9.5 months old and I am 22 lbs LESS than I was before I got pregnant! Having her, breast feeding her has made me feel healthier than I EVER have. I've always been a healther eater, but having her has made me more respectful of my body. I take walks with her sometimes twice a day (up to 1.5 hrs total). It's a fun bonding time, I point out all the stuff in the park or our neighborhood, I put her in her baby bjorn and do Wii Fit step aerobics every night. I want to set a good example for her. You can't take care of anyone else if you can't take care of yourself. Need any advice or support, feel free to message me. I love this mommy stuff!

My daughter is 4 months old and I have about 25 lbs to lose. I also bf and unfortunately I'm with you and not one of the fortunate ones who loses the weight because I bf! With my son who is now 4 it took me a year and a half. I just started a week ago using the treadmill once or twice a day before and after the kids get up. I've also started really watching what I eat.

I Lost the baby weight but I was 15 pounds overweight when I got pregnant so I am still 15 pounds overweight and I am struggling to lose. The struggle to love yourself is harder sometimes then the weight loss. I am winning the battle. I feel loved.

I'm one of the ones that's breastfeeding works for, with my second child I gained 27lbs and lost it all in the first 3 weeks and am down a further 8lbs below my pre-pregnancy weight and he is 7 weeks old without doing anything extra except nurse him and chase my 2 year old :) This was the same story with my first child as well, I lost it all and then some in the first few weeks.

You don't want to hear from me. I didn't lose all my weight after my twins were born, but I had been underweight before pregnancy. I lost 'all' the weight w/in 2 weeks. I lost it all and then some w/in a month of my son's birth.

I will duck and run now. lol!

I should add that my body has never and will never return to the shape it was before pregnancy. A twin pregnancy and two c-section births has really done a number on the shape of my belly.

I returned to my pre baby weight after #2 and #3 but am still working on #4 (who is a year old). I have found that it takes me about a year and 1/2 to loose it all; however, after my 1st my shape was never quite the same.

breastfeeding is helpful in losing and find some sort of excersise that isn't time consumming (curves, or a 15 minutes work out you can do at home). If its any longer, if you are like me, I just can't keep up with it!
