I have a question.. I am curious if anyone could tell me a possible reason of why I have headaches in the mornings and before bedtime.
I know we all get headaches once in a while. And it could be caused by varies reasons. I am not pregnant.. So, I know it isn't that at all. I have been an anemic since childhood. I don't know if it could be low on blood causing it or not. I drink mostly water during the day.. once in a while juice and pop. If I have a headache that comes on before bedtime and go to bed with one.. I wake up with it again. I sometimes get hot when I have a headache. It isn't a migraine..It sometimes makes me feel dizzy.
Does anyone have that same exact or close to type of headache and know what has caused it? It is a total nusiance. It seems to happen everytime I turn around. But, days go to where , I don't even have them. I do however sometimes, get to a point to where if I get up too fast and , I will get dizzy and have to hold onto something before I keep moving.

It sounds like you may have a sinus and inner ear infection. It is the perfect time of year for that. Go to your doctor and tell him your symptoms.

If the pain is always in the same place, it wouldn't be a bad idea to see a doctor.

The pain is ususally around my forehead to my temples on the side. Sometimes my neck area will hurt at the same time. I think that has to do with my body being out of wack. But, when my neck don't hurt and it is just my head area..I dont know if low blood could cause it or what..

When you get these headaches, does the pain always appear in the same place, or does it shift around to different areas of your head? How many times per week do you get these headaches on average?
Edited to add: Do you often feel pain in the muscles around your neck and shoulders before/during the headaches.
