I know it is common to have heartburn during pregnancy. Is it common to have heartburn after pregnancy? My son is 4 mos old and since he was about 5 weeks old I started having heartburn pretty much everyday.

i started getting heartburn with my third pregnancy from bread of all things and any over the counter product should work. we eat pretty healthy in our home with the occasional going out to eat and it never went away. My son is 18 months old now. good luck.

I had heartburn while I was pregnant also, but it went away after my daughter was born. You might want to consider what you are eating, as this might be causing heartburn. There are over the counter medicines that you can take that are very effictive.
