My ex and i have a 2 year old daughter together and he won't let me see her, i don't think that we have a court order on custody so don't still have rights to her?

If you see this, leave this form field blank.

You would have a court order if you went to court.... or were notified of a court date that has passed (whether or not you showed up) in regards to custody and visitation.

With no court order you both have equal rights to her.... meaning he can keep her away from you if he has her and you can keep her away from him if you have her. It's not RIGHT, but it's legal unless you have a court order specifying custody and visitation.

You need to get a lawyer and go through the court system in order to get your daughter back.

You would know if you have a court ordered custody agreement.

why is she with him in the first place?

Go to court and start a custody agreement between you both.
