Yes it is possible, but it sounds like it may be side affects from the implant. I'd do a test to make sure..

It COULD BE normal side effects.

Implanon Side Effects:
Besides irregular bleeding, the most frequent side effects causing women to stop using Implanon include mood swings, weight gain, *****breast tenderness*******, headache, acne, and depression.

Additional side effects reported by women using Implanon are:
# Dizziness
# Vaginitis
# ***********Stomach pain***********
# Hair loss
# Painful periods
# Nervousness
# Back pain
# Nausea
# Pain at insertion site
# Viral infections (colds, sore throats, sinus infections, or flu-like symptoms)

Rare side effects that have also been reported include: extra hair on the face and body, trouble using contact lenses, and spotty darkening of the skin, especially on the face.

Painful boobs sounds like a normal side effect. Swollen tummy sounds like a concern to me. I would ask your doctor to check and see if there is any cervical swelling...since you are noticing a swollen tummy.

The only way to tell if you are pregnant is by taking a pregnancy test. No birth control is 100 percent effective for different reasons. If the test proves to be negative, check with your doctor. It is not unusal to be tired. Little ones keeps us busy. As for the other symptoms only the doctor can answer your concerns. Check with your doctor. There is probably a reason for them.
