shush, swaddle, sway(or rock). stay calm, because baby feels everything you do. the baby may also be holding gas. you may try gas drops if it is an issue

my newborm didnt sleep through the night til 6 weeks and she slept for 10 hrs straight. i had to check her to see if she was breathing! but be patient! it takes them awhile to get into their own routine from the hospital! they dont know when is what! but their bellies are still small and need to eat often so theyre are easy to wake! good luck with everything!

my best advice is to stimulate baby as little as possible when he wakes to be fed. little-to-no lights whenever possible, don't talk to baby, and no eye contact. if he doesn't really need to be changed, skip it. you want to avoid anything that will give baby the impression that it is time to play. do all your talking, and engaging during the day, and at night you want to be as boring as possible.

if you haven't already, i recommend installing a dimmer switch on the light in the room where you feed baby, that way you can keep nighttime lights as gentle as possible. when you are done feeding, turn out any lights and rock or gently bounce baby back to sleep. making a shush sound really helps to soothe because it reminds baby of hearing your heartbeat and blood flowing.

also, give it time. babies need to be taught that night time is for sleeping, not playing.

Every newborn is different. I rocked my babies after feedings when they were newborn.
