I'm 6cm and 30% and in and out of pain... what can i do to go into full labor today?

Try getting into a warm bath. I found it spread my contractions apart, but made them much stronger, therefore moving things along more quickly. And if it doesn't work, hopefully at least it relaxed you!

I totally understand, I had pain on and off for 4 days with my youngest, it was the end that went very quickly. Don't lay still, gravity is your friend. Go for a walk, move around.

Wow.....with both of my kids I gave birth an hour after being 6cm dilated......are you at the hospital? It sounds like you ARE in labour. Not every labour is predictable. Mine with my youngest was all over the place and not really regular until a couple of hours before I had her, and then it happened really quickly. Actually, I went from 6cm dilated to delivery in 20 minutes with her.
