I am not a big fan of fruits and vegetables, fruits are limited to strawberries, apples and the occasional banana, veggies a little bit more. Almost everything I eat seems to have some form of dairy in it. I don't drink milk, only use it in my cereal and when I have oreos but cheese and cream of chicken tend to find its way into a lot of my food choices. I think my son may be developing a milk protien allergy, he throws up his food, it varies in how much and not all the time but enough that it is concerning me. His poops vary from a mustard yellow to a pea green color which my doctor said is fine as long as it is not mucusy (sp) or bloody. He isn't fussy but I just don't know what to eat if he becomes allergic to dairy in my diet. Both of my sisters sons had it and my twin sister and I both did too as babies, and suggestions
