Have you tried to find more ordinary names with less ordinary nicknames? Not sure on too many girl names but my son William is Liam and was going to use Alexander with Lex or Xander for my youngest but it did not fit him when he was born, sorry I know these are boy names and you are having a girl but thought it might give you a different perspective on names.

Iris is nice. So is Violet. I like Lily, too, but it has become quite popular recently! :( Robin is also nice. Rebecca and Katherine are nice names too. I don't think any of these names are too common yet.

I just saw someone name their child Jorja. I like it but I bet it would get tiring spelling it for anyone. I wanted a girl, but didn't get one, but we were interested in Erica Lauren and Jasmine Lauren as a name. Congrats!

My daughters name is Sara Elizabeth, I really like that. Another, it is a little out there but not too much, is Jorja (pronouced like Georgia) One of the actors on CSI is named Jorja, and when I first saw it I really liked it, but my daughter had already been born by that time, but I am considering it for if I ever have another girl.
