my daughter slept throught the whole night when she was 7 weeks old...if u establish a good bed time routine it helps...i like to feed my lil girl an extra ounce or two around 830 or 9 then i giver her a bath after it all settels and i use that johnsons bedtime bath and lotion which most def works for even the crankiest babies..then i lay with her till she falls aslep then i lay her in her bed...works everytime she sleeps form 830 or 9 till about 7 or 8 in the morning . n she has been doing this for 3 months now but usually babies around this age its normal to wake up at night but u try that johnsons bedtime stuff works like a charm!!!

My baby would not sleep all night for 3-4 months when she hit 10 # she slept about 6 hours at a time and now at 11 months she sleeps 12-14 hours every night with 4 hours nap time during the day. Just hang in there!!

Try a nice warm bath just before bed. Then rum him down with some baby oil or lotion, it helps them to relax. If he is realy hungry at night put baby cereal in his formula, its 1 teaspoon per oz. YA I know they say not to but I did with both of my boys and it helped becuase they were fuller longer.

He may not have a full enough stomach before bed. My oldest did that for his 1st 2 weeks, after that, I talked to the doc. because he still was acting hungry after his bedtime bottle, his doc. placed him on a formula that was thicker, from that night of his 1st bottle of formula he slept through the night. Now I'm not saying he'll sleep through the night, but i'm sure of it he'll sleep for a longer span...

If sleeping through the night is important to you, I'd recommend reading Babywise. It's helpful to get babies to sleep through the night. Every mom I know who has tried it, swears by it. You have to decide for yourself if it's the right system for your family though.

try keeping him up during the day or atleast wake him around 7 or 8 play with him for a while then bathe him after than then feed him that normally works
