Ok so I just changed the name of my group to cutie kiddie contest. Sorry for the hassle. If you wanna submit a pic of a child you have to add the GROUP application. Once you're in the application look under the JUST FOR FUN - TOTALLY RANDOM section and type in CUTIE KIDDIE CONTEST. Once you find the group you have to join it and then you are abble to submit a photo. The rules of the contest are described in the application. Thanks to all you are joining and have fun.
