Hi, I have high blood pressure, but I haven't had to be put on medication for it, right now my doctor is monitoring it, one suggestion I would give you would be flax seed oil, and you can usually get it at an organic store or even in the grocery store I believe, and I have known others that have taken it and have had results, another suggestion would be walking, this has helped me a lot along with trying to stay low stressed, I hope this helps.

I'm a pharmacy instructor and a marketing executive for a health and wellness company specializing in supplements, so I'm all for natural alternatives, however, being that you're pregnant, I urge you to continue working with your doctor.

You could try some grape seed extract, however, I would not discontinue your medication without your doctor's consent. While trying the grape seed extract, you should visit your doctor frequently as he may be able to lower your medications. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
