My husband and I decided to try for our second baby! I had such high blood pressure with my first baby, that i had to have him early.. I've always had high blood pressure, but it sky rocketed when i was pergnant.. I had this problem all through my pregnancy. I know with this pregnancy i will, too.. Any suggetions on how to help keep it down?

I had high blood pressure & preeclampsia with my 1st too. But with my 2nd & now my 3rd I don't.. Things can change.

Try and rest as much as possible and eat small meals regularly. I also had high blood pressure for a short time during pregnancy and towards the end of my pregnancy I had blurred vision. This was enough to be induced to stop any risk of damaging my eye sight. Try and sit upright with your feet up and don't do to much exercise as this excelerates your blood pressure and will take hours to come down. Talk to your midwife she will also have some good ideas.
