the round ligaments in your abdomen ache way more each child you have, just like after pains.....I have had so many more aches with this my third pregnancy as well (32weeks)..,.....if it doesnt go away with rest then it is something you need to be concerned about is what my doc told me.....good luck!!! and congratulations!!!

it could just be your uterus getting bigger and the muscles getting more ready to carry a baby!! if you do get really worried then your midwife will be happy to check it out for you!! good luck in the pregnancy!!
xx

Does it feel like you have a hot rock in your stomach, just below your ribs? And is it worse when you lie down? That's how it felt when I was pregnant and my gall bladder started acting up. I had to sleep for about two weeks sitting up on the couch. I had to go to 2% milk and cut the fat from my diet and it went away. It could be a number of things though, so you should probably mention it to your doctor.
