My neice who is almost 7, has been getting UTIs on and off a lot since she was about 4. She still wets the bed. If its a constant and ongoing thing, you should have her blatter or something checked. But for now you are doing the right things. Just keep on eye out on that, and also ask if she any yeast infections too, on any part of her skin. I just know that my neice usually has both at the same time. Good luck, and I hope she gets well soon.

Sounds like you're doing the right thing. Make sure your cranberry juice is actual juice and not the "cocktail" and that it has no added sugar. Sugar just feeds the bacteria. Plain water is good too. If she has continual infections, ask your doc if she can get on a long term, lose dose antibiotic. I had chronic cystitis for YEARS and finally got on a long course of antibiotics that knocked it completely out and I've had only rare UTI's since.

You might take her to a med-check place. I did that once with my daughter & once with my son. It showed up Friday evening for both of them.

you are doing the right things, not much else you can do until you can get her into the doctors. UTIs are no fun when you child has one cause its so hard to explain what it is and why it hurts...good luck if i run across any at home treatments ill post another message.
