My son is 4 months old and Im concerned that day light savings will interrupt his sleeping schedule and Im wondering if there are some tips to help this be easier?

this is my sons second spring daylight savings time with his first spring he was about the same age as your son is now and there wasnt much of a change fall back was harder to deal with and totally messed it up mostly cuz he would wake up earlier or something and now that were in spring again he still seems to be doing just fine with it but he has also cut back on his naps down to one now so he is alot more tired by the end of the day idk what kind of scheduale you have for your son or if he is sleeping threw the night for you yet but i think it will go better for you in spring than winter will be when it comes back around and if he doesn adjust to it try and remember what time it would be if daylight didnt just happen and put him to bed (an hour early in this case) until he adjusts to the time and then move him back to the normal or orignal time thats all we did for fall

I worried about that too, but to be honest I didn't really notice any difference..just keep up with your normal routine. May be harder on you but it wont take longer than a day or so if you do notice any change!
