I am having trouble finding teething tablets. Does anyone know if this is only available in the US, as I can not find them up here in North. Found the mesh cover recommended by Allie....great idea love it!!! Works great with the banana!!

I like the teething tablets but you can give it to them all day long so i would use frozen waffles are fun and it helps cuz its cold. Also the long green oninos are something to they numb the pain but the baby smalls like onions all day. thats just somthing that the family has passed on. good luck

There are these mesh teethers (babbiesRus or online), and you can freeze fruit (we liked bananas, blueberries, and strawberries). My son is almost two and still uses it.

Try a cloth with crushed ice, secured with a rubber band. The cool ice is soothing to tender gums.

I just noticed that someone suggested Vanilla Extract and I just wanted to point out that it has alcohol in it. So I personally would stay clear of that one :)

Our son loves frozen fruit when he is teething. I've also used teething tablets, frozen washcloths, frozen bagels and ice. When our son is in a lot of pain I give him Tylenol. Our son just cut one of his molars 3 days ago. Ouch! Good luck!

I heard frozen bagels are good. I used that natural thing that starts with a "c" (???), and Tempra.

My llittle girl is teething as well. I am excited to try the Amber Beads for her. I have found (depending on your babies age) that Baby Mum Mums help as well. Great for a snack and they get your litle one to move her gums around and mush up the mum mums.

I always used the teething tablets, too. I also soaked a washcloth and froze it for about 30 minutes. The cold seemed to help alot. If you use a pacifier, I also found these teething paci's that worked very well. It's all bumpy so there's something for them to rub their gums on.

For my lil girl the teething tablets work pretty good, but what I found is that Tylenol is what works best for her. I haven't been impressed with the baby Orejel so I don't use it anymore (even though my MIL swears by it lol).

My youngest is teething at the moment also and what I have found best is the teething tablets. They are wonderfull you let three of them disolve in their mouth and I swear it is like instant relife.
