im 6 weeks pregnant and since lunch time every thing has just been spinning and making me feel quite ill is this a sign of morning sickness.

if u arent gonna be able to see ur doctor for a while i would suggest googling foods with lots of iron and try eating a high iron diet for acouple days and if u find u feel better then you will know if that was what u were lacking. good luck :)

Most pre natals do not actually have enough calcium and potassium in them for some reason. Ask if you should be taking an extra calcium supplement (I had to) and make sure you are eating a banana per day.

i did get like it with my son when i was 5 months pregnant but wasnt tht bad but they gave me iron tablets. i dont have a doctor or midwife to talk to the hospital told me not to get intouch with the doctor til i get my next scan in ten days.

you need to talk to ur doctor. it could be that ur low on iron wheni was preggo with my daughter i had to take prenatals plus a iron pill because my iron was low and i get dizzy and faint. if u feel dizzy try eating something with iron in it like meat. good luck
