How can I wean my 10 month old daughter off her bottle and teach her to use a sippy cup?

Yeah sometimes thats hard. what kind of nipple is she using on her bottle is it fast flow if not you should get her use to that than it will be easier to use a sippy cup. she should be using a sippy cup not all kids do at that age but most parents start to teach them how to use it. good luck i hope she gets use to it. All you can keep doing is trying.

Yeah I have 2 of those. She doesn't have trouble with the handles, it's just the flow of the liquid I guess.

Your welcome. Have you tried the ones with the handles on it? I started my boy out on that one now he is just using a regular on with a soft top not a hard one.

Thanks for the advice Breanna, it helps :) However, she's not sure of any sip cups when I've tried so she won't drink from it. I'll keep trying but I don't know what else to do.

I would do it now. The earlier the better. My son is 10 in a half months old and i am trying to wean him off his bottle. I give him a sippy cup during the day and only his bottle at night if he wont take his sippy at night before bed. Good luck.
