I went to the doctor today and he said everything is fine she's just not that active during the day and more at night. Yes this is my first. Thanks

Is this your first baby? Sometimes with your first its hard to feel it. My first the placenta was cushioning him, so I didn't feel him much until he was bigger, and then it was only in the early evening. My second moved heaps until late pregnancy when she ran out of room! and my third I felt every little movement because the placenta was posteria, so there was no cushioning at all! Good luck with your pregnancy and don't forget to ask your doctor anything that is worrying you. Thats what they are for!

How many weeks are you ? When you are busy during the day rushing around, its possible that you aren't as aware of the baby kicking .. Then at night or when you are resting will be the time that you feel movement. At your next Dr appointment, ask about this.. write it down on a "List of thing to ask"'..

I wouldn't worry. Just track it and get to know that as "normal" for your baby. Ask your Dr though just to do a routine everything's okay check.

My second was like this and she was okay but i was brought in 4days before i had her because she wasnt moving enough for the docs but it didnt scare me because to me it was normal.OK it could be a small baby or the postion of the baby etc... what i will say is please always mention it to your doctor as this is a question the will ask any mom during pregancy from the 5th or 6th mth.So always let them know if you are concernd.on the scan the said she was moving enough and well for them but to me it was hardly nothing i never got one kick to my ribs or strong movement for my boyfriend to feel or see.My first was a donkey lol she kicked from morning to night and could be seen moving from 5mths.There all differnt but its something that can be so very normal or not so please say it to your doctor.Wishing you the best.:-)

it could be a number of things from the position of the baby, the size of the baby, or even the cushioning around the baby
the list goes on but don't worry too much, and don't forget thats a question you can always ask your doctor
